TAG Heuer Watch Carrera Calibre 16 Senna Special Edition. Marking Ayrton Sennas return to the TAG Heuer watch company, the new chronograph dressed in an all black shroud with striking red accents running through a set of highly refined mechanical features, illustrates the epitome of motor racing. Featuring the stylized S lettering for Senna in a brilliant red the timepiece is given a real racing spirit, fused with elements of dynamic sporty design. The redesigned chronograph with three sub dials includes a one tenth of second display and date window which rests at the 3 o clock position, set against a jet black background for optimum legibility. A tachymeter scales mounts the unidirectional bezel decorated with the Senna lettering to keep in with the current special editions racing style attributes. The design features are reminiscent of the brands strong formula 1 inspired focus, fashioned by Senna himself when he became ambassador for TAG Heuer between the years of 1988 and 1993. The beautiful stark blackness of the TAG Heuer Carrera Calibre 16 dial provides a clarity and sense of simplicity against injections of red hue to match the case back, adding a truly exclusive touch to the special edition. The 43mm stainless steel watch in black coating, is also water resistant to 100 meters protecting the Calibre 16 inside a sturdy circular structure. The automatic caliber offers reliability, precision and consistency with a movement that oscillates at 28 800vph and offers a power reserve of 42 hours.
